Concrete is recommended to be etched using Nu-EcoSafe Etch or similar, high pressure washed and then left to completely dry.
Mix 3 parts A to 1 part B (single 2 pack kit) using a drill mixer, not by hand as this is not enough. Allow to rest for 10 minutes to allow full activation. For spray application, thin 10-15% with X-5 Solvent, although there is no need to thin for brush or roller use. Bare concrete and masonry sufraces thin 20%-25% with X-5 Solvent for first coast application. After about 4 hours, it should e dry to the touch, however 7 days is needed for full drying.
